We believe in serving our East Bay community by offering opportunities for anyone to practice yoga through weekly community classes and supporting organizations that have the same desire to compassionately uplift and assist people in our neighborhood and beyond.
We are thrilled to be launching our latest initiative, Giving Gratitude: Free Yoga for Bay Area Hospital Health Care Workers. In gratitude for the work that is done on the health care front lines, we are giving back in the way we best know how. Are you a local hospital health care worker? Do you have friends or family in this role? Please share our offering. Visit our landing page for more info and to redeem classes.
Weekly Sliding-Scale Community Classes
With our physical doors temporarily closed, we are currently offering sliding-scale community classes, meditations and more via Zoom every week. View our sliding scale schedule below.
These are all level classes by donation, providing an all-inclusive environment, regardless of financial ability. The suggested sliding scale is $10 – 25. If you can pay more, please take this opportunity to offer dana (generosity) to those in your community who cannot afford it at this time.
We encourage you to pre-register online with one of our sliding scale price options. Alternate amounts are welcome and available at the door. If you have a Namaste membership or class package, you may use this if you choose. No one will be turned away due to lack of funds. We highly encourage students to bring friends and loved ones!
