Upside Down: Inversions Lab

with Annie Carpenter

Saturday, September 23
1:15-4:15PM
Namaste Grand Lake

Inversions inspire joy, create strength, flexibility and stability, and sometimes fear and loathing! They can be deeply transformative to our physical bodies as well as our nervous systems, and help us create steady and deep concentration. All this potential benefit comes with a need to be smart, methodical and responsible in our own practice and as teachers.

Join Annie for an afternoon of prepping, propping, adjusting, modifying and enjoying getting upside down. Emphasis will be on Handstand, Headstand and Shoulderstand.

This workshop is open to all who are ready to begin an inversion practice, want to take their existing practice deeper, and for teachers who want to hone their skills.
