4-Part Workshop with Ada Lusardi
This 4-Part Workshop series will explore human anatomy and movement principles, from toe to head, as they relate to the practice of yoga asana and efficient, healthy everyday movements. We will gradually open to more challenging postures with the aid of self-myofascial release techniques using foam rollers and balls.

3 contact hours of Anatomy and Kinesiology continuing education credits available through Yoga Alliance upon completion of each workshop.
This workshop qualifies for 3 hours, per workshop, elective credit in the Namaste 300 Hour Professional Teacher Training.

Ada Lusardi marries the heart and science of yoga by offering nuanced and precise teaching with warmth and humor. Through the use of compassionate and clear direction, intelligent sequencing, and skillful hands-on adjustments, Ada’s teachings challenge and refine one’s yoga practice, regardless of age or ability. A self-professed “anatomy geek,” she leads classes and retreats throughout California’s Bay area and around the country. She is a graduate, and faculty member, of The Berkeley Yoga Room’s Advanced Studies Program, a long time student of Donald Moyer and Mary Lou Weprin, and a perennial student of yoga and life.
