Kindness in Nourishing Foods

ON June 8, 2017

Few things bring people together like delicious food. As part of our 30 Days of Kindness we are exploring all the avenues that lead toward a sweeter, more compassionate life. Embodying the spirit of gratitude and generosity not only creates a more enjoyable life but has been proven to improve health! Another way to improve health and show people you care is to prepare homemade treats to share!

We’ve rounded up a few low budget, vegan, gluten-free recipes perfect for sharing with people you love (and suitable for all types of eaters). These recipes are from the beautiful blogs, Simply Vegan and Minimalist Baker. Both are great resources for healthy recipes. Enjoy!
