We believe in serving our East Bay community by offering opportunities for anyone to practice yoga through weekly community classes and supporting organizations that have the same desire to compassionately uplift and assist people in our neighborhood and beyond.
Weekly Sliding-Scale Community Classes
We have six sliding-scale community yoga classes every week, two at each Namaste Yoga + Wellness studio.
These are all level classes by donation, providing an all-inclusive environment, regardless of financial ability. The suggested sliding scale is $10 – 25. If you can pay more, please take this opportunity to offer dana (generosity) to those in your community who cannot afford it at this time.
We encourage you to pre-register online with one of our sliding scale price options. Alternate amounts are welcome and available at the door. If you have a Namaste membership or class package, you may use this if you choose. No one will be turned away due to lack of funds. We highly encourage students to bring friends and loved ones!
Rockridge Rotating Rituals
3rd Fridays Community Kirtan
We are excited to host Community Kirtan every third Friday of the month at our Rockridge studio with Adam Kurzfeld and Sita Devi. In Kirtan, we invoke the archetypes for abundance, grace, creativity, and transformation. Through this practice of sounding from the heart, these qualities take root in our spirit and we begin to naturally embody them. No singing experience necessary! You can sign up on the Class Schedule page or in person before class.
By donation – cash only please. 15% of all proceeds will go towards zSharp.
